Team
Oliver Zitzelsberger
Oliver is an expert in corporate law, venture capital and M&A. His many years of experience, shaped by his work at Hogan Lovells in Munich and GÖRG in Berlin, includes advising international corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups in all stages.
He completed his law studies at the Free University of Berlin and ESADE in Barcelona before earning his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at UC Law San Francisco. His experience in the San Francisco Bay Area in particular sparked his enthusiasm for the startup ecosystem and motivated him to focus on young and innovative companies.
He specializes in small and mid-cap M&A transactions, startup financing rounds and corporate restructurings. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Oliver is also involved as a start-up coach and lecturer. He advises his clients in German and English.
Faruk Gregor Drovs
Faruk is an expert in the field of corporate law and specializes in M&A and shareholder disputes. He has worked for law firms such as Freshfields, Clifford Chance, RBS/Mazars, Hahn und Partner and at Foodpanda (Rocket Internet) and has worked in Washington D.C., Shanghai, Istanbul and Berlin. In addition to his work in corporate law, Faruk has been involved in arbitration proceedings as well as large-scale litigation-oriented projects in the conception and use of legal tech.
One of his passions is advising in the context of German-Turkish business relations. In this context, Faruk obtained certificates in Turkish legal language and Turkish law, worked in the law firm AKT Law in Istanbul and was involved in the presidium of the “Turkish-German Students and Academics Platform” after his studies.
Thanks to his intercultural background and diverse international experience, he speaks English, Turkish, French and Spanish in addition to his native German. His curiosity for people from different walks of life drives his interest in new business ideas and fresh perspectives.
